What Type of Listing ?

When selling a boat I've heard that there are a couple of different broker contracts that can be used. One is a "central listing" with the broker, but I'm not entirely sure what that means. I assume it affects the percentage of commission that the listing broker would 'share' with the buyer's broker?

Anyone have the scoop on the types of listing contracts available?

There are two standard types of listing for the yacht brokerage industry:
Central Listing Agreement
Open Listing Agreement

The recommended type of listing, in nearly all cases, is the Central Listing Agreement.
