Oh and to followup, she'd already sold it. The hunt continues. Pickin's are pretty slim on Craigslist and Yachtworld in my area, but I'm not in a rush. Plus I figure more will pop on the market as fall approaches.

Hang in there and don't rush. Cheap sailboats aren't exactly hard to find on Bay Area Craigslist. Kinda like city buses, if ya miss one the next one will show up in a half hour.
