Yacht Charter Management Contract and Lawyer, Australia

I am looking to purchase a boat and put it in charter in Australia.

I have seen some of the contracts that the managing companies have and to be honest the standard contract that they all seem to use isn't very favourable for the boat owner. Some state that the charter operator can use the boat free of charge, as well as annual reviews of the fees which are out of control of the boat owner!

I would be very interested in what conditions other people are getting in management contracts, but that might be a little hard to find out.

Can anyone recommend a lawyer in Australia who has experience dealing with charter managing contracts?
