37 Hunter .. Bad Damage

Hi Guy's

I am very interested in purchase of this Hunter 37

She feel over on hard .
Damage starboard side 12 Inch Hole below water line .
Bent Rudder 75 %

Transom 12 Inch hole

My Problem is she feel on Port side & crushed cabin side deck The hole looks sound , I know it it will need further investigation ...
What is the best way to atack this
I am shaw. I have to cut & remove side Deck
Then replace Plywood and then replace the origanal Deck

Advice Please
