$9k boat vs $25k

As I'm shopping for a boat, I am finding that the price difference is sometimes dependent on if the seller feels like he/she is losing a family member, or maybe ol uncle Clem left someone a boat they didn't want. Lol often the price is the only diff in the two boats. If there's a ton of personal history..."Well....I need to stay pretty darn close to $25k for her....shes been a great gal.." or "Heck...throw me $7k and it's urs...you have to move that thing today though...i can't see the sunrise from my kitchen window because they parked it there 3 years ago." "Wait what? What's an insperction? Geezus how long that gonna take?" This really is a fun time in my life. Like I'm on my way.
