Awlcraft 545 primer

Hi, I have sprayed 545 primer many times, so I am not new at using the product. It been a few days now since I layer down the 545, the temperature wasn’t in my favor probably 55- 60 degrees, after doing so the temp dropped overnight to around 45 maybe lower. I did spray and used t0006 reducer. The problem Is that, it still soft where I can’t fully sand. It’s been 3 days now. Will it eventually get hard over time? Thanks
