Bahama to cuba to key west

Hi first post for me
Looking for some information on someone’s who’s done the bahama cuba loop. (We are Canadians )Our boat is in the exumas
We plan on landing in puerto de vita taking a month to make our way to havana then look
For a window to cross to key west .
I have a few concerns but not finding the answers on line .
Can we fly Family in to spend some time with us on our journey?
They talk about a 14 day cruising permit
Can you buy a 30 day permit ?
When we cross to key west we plan on having our I 68 and our 3300 form filled out .
Is there anything else I should do to prepare myself.

Any help would be Greatly appreciated

You are non us citizens in a non US flagged boat? If so I doubt you need any cuba related forms, or have concerns over time limits... Those are the worries of us citizens transiting to Cuba..

Technically yes, but Ive had multiple non-USA friends on non-USA boats hassled by USA officials because they had been in Cuba. Ft. Pierce seems to be one of the most likey POE 's for this hassle.

Never heard of anything more than a hassle though.
