Boat buying assistance in Davie, Florida?

Wondering if anyone with experience might take a look at a fibreglass cruiser with a teak deck for me, in Davie, Florida?

I'm not local but I've been looking for the right vessel and I have big hopes for this one. I'll have her surveyed before buying but would like to save that for boats that look like a match (or match their ads). Your feedback would be 100% informal and non-binding.

I'm happy to cover gas and travel costs etc. General input on the situation also welcome. If I can or should go about this another way, feel free to let me know. How do buyers assess boats in other regions, pre-survey?
