Boat Share Agreement

Greetings
I am looking for sample yacht share agreements which I could possibly adapt and use for the sale of shares in Boxer.
Boxer is British registered and 'lives in Greece', I'm considering creating 3 shares and have 2 experienced people who have approached me to become share owners.
If anyone has a suitable agreement or template or could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.
