Coolant pressure test kit for Yanmar 3GM30F

Hello. Unfortunately I need to trace a coolant (freshwater) leak, and for that I bought a 'universal' pressure tester on eBay. All the kits on Ebay say 'universal' which means they include caps for a whole range of cars and trucks.
But they don't fit my heat exchanger (it's not so deep).

Can anyone recommend a test kit that'll fit the heat exchanger on a Yanmar 3GM30F?
Or another solution?

Drain the coolant through the drain plug or drain valve on the block and make up an adapter to an electric tyre pump. Turn the pump on and go around the fittings with a spray bottle of dishwashing liquid and water and watch for bubbles. The relief valve in the normal cap will keep the system from over pressuring.
