Dessalator Watermaker

We have a 2017 450S with a Dessalator watermaker. We need to get the membranes replaced but can’t find what model the watermaker is. We purchased boat from an individual in Spain so most of our paperwork is in another language. Any suggestions on how we find out which watermaker we have so we can get correct parts?

All the major RO makers use filmtec membranes. The only thing you need to know is the diameter and length, and there are not a lot of choices. Even from outside the housing you'll know which one is right.

Then just chose a Filmtec desalination membrane that fits. WAY, WAY, WAY, cheaper than buying from the supplier of the ro system.

Note: There are lots of types of RO Membranes, you need the ones made for seawater desalination. They are clearly labeled as such.

Got price for new in Norway €1100. Robbery, as they seem to be replaced often, unless u use the very regularly.

No i googled a lot found in china, dont trust them for so big deal.

Filmtec Seawater Membrane SW30-2521 as Bean says is probably very correct, posting to Norway from Donald Trump is skyhigh, maybe better later


Sold the boat, Lagoon 400. buying 38-40 monohull, must be EU build.
No glued windows good sailing permformance, what to buy. There is a hole n my pocket.
