Engine seized...

Ahoy All, After two years on the hard, I am getting the boat ready to splash. However, apparently water go into the engine and it will not turn over by hand. Disengaged hoses and found water in them. Also when removed fuel injectors found rust on one. I put 'Ultra Lube' spray and also Magic Marvel fluid into injector portals. Waiting for it to soak in. Does any one have any suggestions on how to turn engine over without a rebuild? Thanks, Joe S/V Unitask PS engines are Volvo 2040 D's
