EU VAT in Bosnia
Hi, I need to reset EU VAT status on my boat, which is currently in Croatia. I was originally going to check into Portonovi in Montenegro, but was told you can also check in at Neum. However, I haven’t seen any information corroborating this. Can anyone confirm they have a customs office? Also, is there any dock, or will I need to come to land in a dinghy.
