Fridge problem

The outside top of my top loading fridge gets all wet all the time....is this normal? If not, how do I stop it doing that? The seal is good on the door, Thanks.

Cold doesn't travel upwards much, strange, maybe has like none?

(Yes I know it's really heat that exists, cold just an absence)

Re-insulate the top loading door. Should not be to difficult.
