Horizon Charter or BVI Yacht Charters

Hi there,
Long time reader/first time poster! Bareboat chartered twice with Moorings in BVI and looking to keep up our tradition of going every 3 year with 2 other couples in 2019. Good experience with Moorings, but have shopped this time around and they are a little pricey! Stumbled upon Horizon, Dream Yachts and BVI Yacht Charter...anyone have a positive review of either? ...We're on Caribbean time when we go sailing, so service is important but we get it! Base amenities are nice but 99% of it is the boat followed by customer service. Any direction would be helpful. Thanks for taking the time to read and response...Sail on!!!

I chartered with Horizon in the BVI in April of 2017. They were beyond fantastic! Excellent customer service and great boats. The marina is wonderful - right at Nanny Cay. You can't go wrong with them!

Take a look at TMM (Tortola Marine Management) located at Road Reef Marina in Road Town. If you are interested in a catamaran, TMM has a fleet of catamarans that are less than three years old with close to a dozen 2018 and 2019 models. Full disclosure: I own Ocean Song, a 2019 Lagoon 42 owner's version with TMM. I looked at all the charter companies you mentioned, but found TMM's boats to be the best maintained. That was very important as I plan to live aboard Ocean Song after she comes out of charter. We just returned from three full weeks on her in November. We had a great time and the BVI is definitely on it's way back! Again, give TMM a look.
