I`m in Thailand and would like to meet up W/ English speaking cruisers here

OK all , My Colorado Redneck Butt is in Thailand on a Volunteer Teaching gig for 3 months ( Currently in Nakhon Pathom , about an hour drive from Bangkok ) -- I will have some time off and will NOT Leave the Kingdom without seeing THE WATER here !!!! -- Anyone have any suggestions on where I Might be able to meet up with & Learn from english speaking Folk of a Like mind ? ( SAILORS & CRUISERS in general ! ) While I`m here ? -- ANY advice as to where I Could / Should Travel would be VERY Much appreciated ! --- Phuket seems like a No Brainer , BUT , I have No Doubt there may be better options ! --- Fair Winds & Following Seas to all & THANKS in advance ---- Coloradoredneck Steve , Currently on a short sabbatical before moving to N.C. upon my Return stateside to Learn Sailing & Cruising Skills on the ICW As I Continue my search for My 1st TRUE Cruising Vessel ! -----
