I Wish I Never Bought This Boat

I feel your pain, but I am maybe one of the crazy ones who love a real challenge.
That's why I bought a 60' ferrocement ketch in really bad shape and immediately proceeded to gut it like a big fish. The new interior is coming along as planned and the overall goal is to have her complete and sailing away from St. Augustine, Florida in about 16 months. Meanwhile, I have a few boatyard friends who are attempting the same, but their life is getting in their way. I wish you luck on selling your boat and getting into a more manageable vessel in short time!
