Need Info on Changing My USCG 100-Ton to EU

I am currently living in Italy and need information on changing my certifications from a U.S.C.G. 100 ton near coastal, commercial assisted towing and sail to serve in Italy and the E.U. I am looking to Captain private or commercial vessels up to 200 tons. What are the requirements and best approach in order to achieve my goal? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Capt. Skyler Chapman

Commercial endorsed yacht master through the UK RYA and MCA mat be the best way. Or else there may be specific Italian licenses. The RYA approach is quite common.

I'd contact the RYA I don't know if there's any cross recognition. There isn't much of that it the marine world.
