That’s all pretty true for a lead acid or AGM battery bank, less so for lithium of size.

It strikes me that the use of non-renewable resources to generate electricity inevitably ties you to a fuel dock...how is that considered 'off the grid'?

While the title mentions off the grid the first post is pretty clear that it’s “running thin”. Perhaps the title refers to a lack of a permanent connection or is slightly unclear or perhaps poorly worded. I would argue that it isn’t worth arguing about! I hope you have a great day, Divevac!
