Does anyone has info about sailing in Costa Rica waters at 2022?
If everything is running smooth like before?
Is it free to be sailing around?

It sounds like they may be requiring you to check in through a marina, preferably thorough an agent, but might be worth a stop in Playas de Coco to see if you can still check in there as before.
