Selling a boat

Not a classified ad yet, but I'm wondering about selling my boat. Health issues are more or less forcing the sale and I'm trying to figure out where I should be 'positioning' the boat. Florida registered.
Granted I'm Canadian, and I know it's just a process of taking the tags into the DMV, so I don't think there should be any real problems ex-states if the boat stayed outside.

I'm in The Bahamas right now, but would be able to take her to Florida, Cuba, DR.

In everybody's opinion where is my best bet for a timely, and more or less hassle free sale?
Naturally I'm hoping for a fair price, whichever country it's in, but I figured this being near the start of the Caribbean season that the timely aspect would rule my plans; feeling that I would be better off not living on her for the next 6-12 months.
Where to go? Or stay?
