Heck, the gloomers and doomers say the earth will end in 10 years so what difference does it make with the future of solar panels 10 years from now. In the 50s it was radiation, 60s acid rain, 70s global cooling, 80s ozone layer, 90s asteroids and comets, then global warming and when they could not figure it out it is now climate change. Somewhere in there if the mega volcano blows.....a new ice age and we are done!
I am sticking with my sailboat with its little diesel engine and supplement my electric needs with a few solar panels. Wind is my friend and when there is none..... a little fossil fuel will get me home and I thank the dinos and the plants before my time for that. Oh, and thanks to God for getting me through the rough times at sea and in life.
