Sos amercoat 450h

Anyone have experience with amercoat 450h.
I rolled on some paint on my top sides and it ran, and its sagging in a couple places where we first started.
Can amercoat be sanded with out affecting the integrity of the paint?
Can I put on another coat then sand everything when I am finished using various grits of paper. I have from 600 up to 1500. Or do I need to sand out the runs before my final coat.
I'm on the hard right now so if I could sand it when I get back in the water it would save me some money. I have a floating dock I could work from.

I've never used amercoat before but normally you would sand out any runs or sags between additional costs when painting. Sand all the way up to 1500
