starter motor connection

I had to remove my Perkins 103-10 a few years ago. Its back in the boat, but I can't remember where the hot lead goes on the starter. I need a good photo of a starter and connections.
Thanks
Rich

Re: starter motor connection

The photo is a Volvo Penta 2030, which is the same engine as the Perkins 103-10. The red wire that runs from the alternator to the starter motor is connected to the starter motor on the same terminal as where you connect your heavy B+ battery cable.
