Steel hulled ship painting - painter recommendations

Good evening. I am under contract on a steel-hulled ship that I would like to get the hull repainted on. The boat is in the Houston, TX area, and is currently on the hard.

The paint on the boat was put on about 16 yrs ago, and was two-part awlgrip. It still is in decent shape, but I think will need to be redone in the next year or two, and once it is in California I shudder to think of the costs associated then.

I am looking for recommendations along the gulf somewhere for what will be a good paint job at a reasonable price.

Secondary, what do you think is a reasonable amount of man hours needed for something like this. I understand it will be a very rough estimate.

The ship is 65' long, and just wanted the hull, not the superstructure painted.
