US Mail Forwarding service recommendations 2025

I tried the search utility but didn't come up with recent suggestions. Products and services change so looking for recent suggestions in the USA. Looking for a service that can accept and forward letters by scanning and official documents that may need to be forwarded to other countries, such as driving licenses etc. Also for looking for ability to get addresses in other States than Florida so St. Brendan's Isle is not a good generic solution, at least for me.

St Brendan's Isle for me for last few years. Scanning is easy, shipments are easy though have not had an international shipment. I wish they had an App vs just a web interface, but that's a small thing. No complaints whatsoever. I did similar research as you and found no complaints.

It is a Florida address. There are some benefits to becoming a "resident" of Florida but if you need something different, then a more specific question might be helpful.

I am a Florida resident, but spend only a couple months a year in Florida. All commercial and official correspondence for me carries a Green Cove Springs (SBI) address.

What state do you need an address in?

I’ve used Ipostal1.com for years to have a Rhode Island address.They have multiple locations in every state. Is not a PO Box but a street address. They have all the scanning and forwarding options. A pretty good app too. $10/month base cost.
