I am not familiar with your specific unit but with the info that the software reports it is transmitting and the status LED showing good VSWR, but other stations not receiving your transmissions (verify that once more...) I suspect a hardware failure of your transponder.

Update:

Camec (Alltekmarine) has provided an exchange under warranty for this Camino AIS 108S unit. That is as it should be and shows they stand behind their product
