android forums

Having recently acquired a Nexus 7, I wondering which is the best android forum as there seems to be a number of them?
Specifically, I wanted to find out a way to load Flash Player on the Nexus.
Thanks

Flash is not secure and is a notoriously famous battery drain. Stick to htlm5 video stream and pages and stay away from Flash. It's not loaded on your Nexus for a reason.

Re: android forums

Hi Tar
Thanks for this. If you want to watch TV on the tablet here in Ireland, you need flash. But I can live without it. I certainly don't want to install any thing which could damage the nexus.

Re: android forums

If you go to the Google Store or Google Play or whatever they call the default app store over there, you can search on Flash and install it.

Flash is sadly essential for a lot of web sites, but it has repeatedly earned the reputation of being a major security problem which comes with a minor video playing function. If you need it, you load it, there's no choice in the matter.

You might want to look into one of the many Android security/malware scanners and load that before though.
