Android Tide Clock

I would like to have a graphic tide display that works just like a tide clock, so I can glance at it from the helm or wherever to see where we are in the cycle.

I've searched the 'net but can't find what I want.
  • Graphical tide display that automatically updates/scrolls as time progresses
  • Covers Australian east coast
  • Must work when offline
Some that I have found will detect location by GPS, or by manual input, then download a week or two of data. So you just need to download fresh data if moving location or before the data runs out.

But none I have found will scroll the display over time. Anyone know of one?
