Auto-routing on Raymarine Axiom chartplotter

Can't get auto-routing to work on Axiom 7. Charts - Lighthouse 3. Latest firmware. I've tried to contact Raymarine support several times - no response. Maybe someone here was able to solve this issue? Could it be that autorouting only supposed to work with C-MAP and Navionics charts?

The auto route function only works with Navionics and C-Map. The lighthouse maps are supposed to be updated for this feature but there is no listed time frame for this.

Re: Auto-routing on Raymarine Axiom chartplotter

Your choices are:
option 1: Navionics chart card: must have subscription for your chart card updated yearly, very expensive option but works the best

Option 2:Navionics subscription on iPad, Android, set and save autoroute on the app with your iPad or Android and sync with Axiom via wireless/ Bluetooth, cheaper option but is clumsy and takes some time, YouTube has some tutorials on how to make it work, I use this option.

C-Map does not require a subscription for easy routing ever, but does not do a good a job as Navionics,

C-map does marine parks in Australia the best, clearly marked green and yellow zones, way better than Navionics

I have Axiom 9 at the nav station with C-Map card and Axiom 12 at the helm with a Navionics card, both networked and can see both at the same time ,can split screen both charts at the same time.
