Aviation Bose A20 with u174 connector to radio use

A while ago, I flew some helicopters, and now have a set of Bose A20s that I no longer get use out of. Is it possible to pair these in some fashion with a VHF radio? I know one of you aviators on here have thought about it.

Not easy but anything is possible.

The transmit side.
First - you will have to fashion a PTT (push to talk) switch.
Second - you have to determine if your existing A20 microphone is compatible. The A20 can be fitted with 2 different microphones. If you were flying military helicopters, the mic is probably compatible, depending on the VHF. If you were flying civil (GA) helicopters, then it will not be compatible (but it can changed).

The receive side is more straightforward.
