B&G 4g Radar Issue

I have a B&G radar with Zeus 3. If my memory serves me correctly. I get a “timed out” message and my radar shuts down. It will not work after that, but at some point it mystery starts back up in 20 or so minutes.

Has anyone had that problem?

What ever became of you radar issue?
Was it the unit? Bad connection? Programing?
I have a similar problem. Just trying to get it resolved.

B&G replaced the radar under warranty. It was a bad unit.

Thank you for that information. They are telling me that the problem with my system is information loss due to possible cable or cable connection issue. I'm skeptical to say the least. They probably won't warranty the unit anyway because it was bought in 2017 and installed in 2018. oh well. Thanks for answering my question. Glenn

There was a recall on 2017 units. They allowed water into the dome. They know this.
