B&G Depth/Triton Problems

I'm installing a B&G Triton2 system which includes wind, GPS, and an Airmar DST810.
Initially all worked fine but after a day the depth came up blank. Working through system/network/sources/depth I get a screen that shows the following:
(OFF) DST810 (A000A767) check mark in a square box. See attached photo.

The display shows 3 dashes when I select Depth.
While the depth function does not work both speed and temp. from the DST both work.
Repeated calls to B&G have either remained unanswered or been taken by folks without knowledge of the equipment.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I would double-check to confirm that your depth transducer is selected in the device list [System Settings/Network/Sources/Devices]. If so, is it possible the transducer has been deactivated using a Maretron control screen? [I accidentally did this once…]
