B&G Vulcan Internet Connectivity Problem

When our B&G Vulcan 7R is connected to the internet via Starlink, it shows connection status OK and internet available. However, when I try to update software, it only gives the option of inserting a SD card as if it it wasn’t connected to the internet.

Furthermore, when I run LINK on a tablet connected to the same Starlink, it doesn’t work as it should. LINK only works when I connect the tablet directly to the Vulcan’s LAN.

What am I doing wrong? Why is Vulcan reporting internet connectivity but acting as if there’s none?
