B&G wind gauge looks messed up

I think a bird sat on it - it should be level, right? Before going up the mast was curious if I'm off my head here. Seems to be working well enough at the moment and can't recall if it hasn't been at that angle all the time. My intuition says it should be level. Am I right?

Another view, possibly it was installed this way. Still seems whack

Oh, I see it in the pictures now, the spinnaker crane is bent, likely from applying excessive halyard tension.
