B&G Zues 2 stuck in simulation mode

My B&G instruments have preformed great since installed in 2016. Suddenly the Chart Plotter no longer reports wind speeds and also will not connect properly to my Raymarine autohelm system. I tried to reset my Zues 2 back to default settings and after putting in some new baseline information a screen came up that allows you to see short programs on features of the system. I clicked on it and now my system is stuck in Simulation Mode. I can't seem to get it out of that mode. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
