Boosting Cell Reception and StarLink

I purchased this device to boost cell reception. It doesn't seem to do much and it was not cheap. Does anyone have good experience with another?

Also, I ran into a guy that is using StarLink, I didn't know that worked on boats. I did find this thread, but it is more of a discussion vs. personal experience. Does anyone have StarLink?

Legally, Starlink does not work on any moving craft (yet) except SpaceX drone ships. Starlink has a grand total of 15 licenses for mobile user terminals.
