Re: Cellphone hotspot

Sometimes there are very clear predictable patterns as to how the policy is actually enforced.

Fact they're "guesting" on so many different motherships maybe too variable to say.

They do, but I don't really notice much. The three of us play on wifi all day, and in the evenings watch netflix... sometimes the video gets a bit grainy, but usually not, and it buffers right out in a minute

Re: Cellphone hotspot

I am running home network from T-Mobile tablet. I dont know how on Great Lakes but I often had mobile internet on TMobile phone on West Coast when I was a little less 10nm from shore.

Re: Cellphone hotspot

I switched t mobile due to their international data plan. Shockingly good reception in Mexico. I was going to get a dedicated hot spot but T-Mobile convinced me that it was cheaper and better just to have two iPhones of which we use one as a dedicated hotspot. Also a nice backup as I tend to drown phones.
