We have an old Cetrek 9000 Autopilot but no documentation for it - no user nor installation manuals.

Any Cetrek 9000 users out there... ?

What are the actual model or part (not serial) numbers of the components?

Picture of control panel attached. I will look for part numbers.
We bought it with the boat and it worked fine for past 6 months. We have a problem today for the first time. I think I would like to start at the manuals...

Unfortunately, I don't recognize that model and don't have any docs related to it. I suggest contacting the Service Centre at The Service Centre, Marine Electronic Service, repair and service of equipment
They have repaired a number of Cetrek A/P components for me since Cetrek closed their doors ten years ago.
