Compatible component for Standard Horizon WS45

Wondering if anyone knows what's compatible for repairing on the masthead a older Standard Horizon WS45 Windspeed gauge. We think the gauge works, but the cups and all is broken on top. The transducer may work (?), but we are on a tight budget and we don't know where to begin.

I had a set of West Marine instruments which were rebranded Standard Horizons on my previous boat. I could remove the masthead unit and plug it directly into the display to check operation (same connectors). There's a good chance that replacement cup assemblies are available. It's an easy job (other than going up the mast).
