Dead Xantrex Link 10

My Xantrex Link 10 has a dead screen (LED"S), I checked the power on the back, red and blue to black ( dc-) 12 + volts on the red and blue.

Should I just buy a new new one, I can't think of another way to test it. Anybody know if they can be repaired, Xantrex says no (RIP).

Disappointing as I think it should last more than four years.

We just had to replace our xantrex after 5 yrs. the technician that installed our new ProMariner told us we were lucky to get over three years out of the xantrex. Ordered the ProMariner from batterystuff.com.

Don't get another Xantrex. Their products don't last and the service is terrible. I am migrating to Victron as my Xantrex stuff dies.
