Electric winch fail

I have a beneteau 49 with a single electric winch. The electric winch recently stopped working.
I have just replaced my lead acid AGM batts with LiFePo Batts. I have checked for voltage from the master breaker for the and to the switch box(pic attached) that is above the engine. There is voltage going in but no voltage going from the switch box to the actual winch. The switch box is clean and does not looked damaged.

I need help here. Anyone had this problem or an idea?

Re: Electric winch fail

At the risk of appearing too obvious, have you tried powering the winch directly bypassing the switch?

Re: Electric winch fail

TY for the feedback, I have not tried to 'hotwire' the winch yet. I believe that I was getting about 13.6 v at the switch box.
I have not yet tried to press the button and chk voltage at the switch box yet either(not enough people, lol).
