HAM Frequencies East Coast to Bahamas

Hello,

Checking in from Charleston SC where I am crewing on a boat that's just been shipped out from the West Coast. The Icom 706 has all of the West Coast, ie LA to Baja, frequencies programmed in.

Can someone give me a bare bones East Coast HAM Net frequency/time guide? I also have a computer with with Sea TTY so a list of all of the WeFax frequencies and times would be awesome too.

I am heading South to the Bahamas from here but this will be an East Coast boat from now on so I will take anything you've got.

Thanks in advance.
