We used fluxgate for that but within Ray. I would guess there is a way to use the information on other networks as long as you translate the information between the systems. Ray makes a NMEA bridge so if your radar accepts NMEA sensor that's an option.

I'm quite sure that Ray will accept compass data from NMEA-0183 and from Seatalk-ng. The compass sensor I linked above has connections for NMEA-0183 and for NMEA-2000. Seatalk-ng is compatible with NMEA-2000 so that would be the preferred connection, with NMEA-0183 as backup for anything else.

I have just installed this sensor and it's great: 10Hz updates for heading and rotation all gyro stabilized, 2Hz updates for pitch and roll.
