Heart Link 1000 display frozen

The display is stuck on voltage showing 14v. It doesn't cycle through the other readings, Amps, Amp Hr, etc. Pressing the buttons has no effect. Any ideas?

Go find the in-line fuse and disconnect it for 10 seconds, then reconnect the fuse. It should reset.

Although when I had the same problem with my old Link 20 it was easier to disconnect the batteries than disconnect the fuse, fuse was buried in flexible conduit with a thousand other wires all fixed now

Ah... the old reboot! I'll give it a shot. I'm wondering what caused the problem. Thanks for the tips.

I have the Link 2000 and occasionally have to do it. It just freezes and that is my solution. Fortunately my fuses (I have two battery banks on the 2000) are easy to find in my port lazzerette so it is a quick fix.

I have the same one... old model. The tech support at Xantrex is very helpful... 800-670-0707.

Unfortunately mine was so old I had to replace it.

I disconnected the batteries and the Heart Link 1K came back on line. Thanks again!
