Help diagnosing Raymarine VHF / AIS and KVH problems ?

Can anyone help me diagnose these symptoms .....

Everything was working perfectly OK until recently .... but now :

1. Our Raymarine E120 and radar etc seems to work fine except the AIS says it is not working. We cannot see any other boats' AIS markers or set any AIS options ..... but it seems that we are actually broadcasting our position and route as they show on marine traffic.com.

2. Our VHF seems to work but now there's only 3 channels (12,16 and 67)

3. Our KVH satphone will not connect and says we have a modem comm error.

I have checked all the cables into the E120, the satphone system and AIS box etc and nothing seems loose.

Before I hire a technician to come on board, can anyone help a newbie diagnose the problem or problems ?
