Help with XGate UGrib Compatability

Hey everyone. I'm hoping someone might be able to give me a hand. I've just bought and installed a sat phone along with a subscription to XGate. It seems very nice but i don't like their GRIB file viewer thingy 'Grib Plot' and much prefer UGrib. However, UGrib can't read the files that are downloaded by the Grib Plot program that comes with XGate. Is there a way to be able to things through UGrib, or at least to be able to get UGrib to show the files that are downloaded via Grib Plot? I'm using a windows 10 tablet (not sure if that makes a difference). Grib Plot only allows me to download square sections of grib data rather than the rectangular selections that are possible with UGrib and they don't have less flexibility with other options as well as far as i can tell. I'd be much obliged for ant help/advice! Cheers!
