How to Control the TX Gain of an ICOM M8021E

Is there a adjustment for MIC gain?
My ICOM M801E does only send 10 to 20 Watts.
The Microphone is the standard handset
SWR is < 1,2 , - fine
Tuner AT140 shows TUNE
When manual pressing TUNE, it delivers 10 Watts, - fine
Cloning Software shows TX = High, - fine
Antenna is a 23 feet Shakespear
Ground is SSB KISS
Powersupply delivers 20 to 30 Amps for 10 to 20 Watt showing on the Power/SWR meter at 30 Watt range.
Powersupply can deliver 60 Amps

these are threads here in the forum:
...M801 have the same level of connectivity as the M802 with regard to Pactor ....
Thanks, Charly

No, there is no mic gain adjustment. If you are seeing 10-20 watts on an average reading analog wattmeter while talking into the mic, this is normal. Try a strong steady whistle into the mic or just key up in FSK mode and you should then see over 100 watts.
