Icom M-700 HF Radio having a moment

Hi,

We have an old Icom M-700 HF with an AT-120 which been on the yacht since our purchase of the catamaran, we are originally from Adelaide South Australia and the radio worked very well with the frequency's that were installed on it, we are now up in Cairns North Queensland and the other day I fired her up and found that all frequency's on Group A were gone except for 2201, all the others have gone, group B still have what was there but in group C group B is replicated, which I don't remember it being that way, I have tried to put them back in but they can't be accepted, so I guess is the unit dead? Struggling to find anyone anywhere to give any advice on the unit because of it's age, of course, can anyone give any advice on how or is it possible to sort her out.
