iPad apps

Feel free to add any favourite apps and a brief run down on why it's good and how it's used. I have a few ill mention later but for now I'm looking for a weather app that will display synoptic charts. I'm happy with weather4d as a grib reader but I'd like an app that has synoptic charts for the Caribbean at least, preferably world wide and with txt forecasts and synopsis would be great as well. Surely there's an app for this that will avoid having to scour web pages for the relevant data?

Weather underground has many apps. I have wundermap and wunderstation. My Garmin blue chart has a weather component but I have not used it.
